Guarantee
We do our best to provide you with distinctive quality merchandise. If, for any reason, one of our items does not meet your expectations, just return the item in new, unused condition within two (2) weeks. We will refund your money or make an exchange (less shipping costs).
We regret Custom Orders cannot be refunded.

If you enclose a check, we will need to wait until it clears before processing your order
Order By Phone, Fax or Mail
Just choose order by phone, fax or mail in the order form. At checkout
you will be given a printable order form that you can use to phone,
fax or mail in your information.
Please contact us, Monday through Friday by calling 703.522.1887 in Arlington,
Virginia USA, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. EST. If you
order by phone, we'll ask for the product style numbers, quantity of
each
item, your name, address, phone number, shipping address if different
from your mailing address.

Three Day Processing
We ship all in-stock merchandise within three (3) business days. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order unless you've specified expedited shipping method.
Virginia Residents
If your purchase is shipped to an address in Virginia, we must charge
Virginia sales tax.
International Orders
All international orders may be paid by a wire transfer or an International Money Order in US funds.
Shipping and Handling*
Our basic shipping and handling rate is $5.00. We use the US Postal Service Priority Mail service with Shipment Tracking in the United States. We can offer optional insurance at current USPS rates.
If your order is significant in weight, we reserve the right to determine a more appropriate shipping method (UPS) and cost accordingly.
